cxpartners are a renowned user-centred design studio. From prototyping visions to delivering new services, they work with some of the biggest brands in the world such as Google, SSE Energy Solutions and the UK government.

Achievements:

Worked directly with well known public and private sector clients
Provided creative direction to all studio outputs
Led a User-Centred Rebrand of the company (launching imminently)
Led the Product Design Practice - alongside billable work
Led all projects with a brand focus
Established a 'Brand Testing Framework' to measure the impact of UX/UI work
Co-led a yearly ‘Design Bootcamp’ - practical research and design training for new joiners
Hired and line managed 6 Product Designers
